Our core role is to bridge commercial opportunities by introducing parties to one another; we do not manufacture, store, handle, or transport any goods ourselves. While we endeavor to maintain high standards of reliability, transparency, and communication throughout the sourcing and procurement process, clients must recognize that our role is limited and that we cannot control the external variables that may arise in international trade.

Global Link Ventures disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or disruption, whether direct or consequential, that may result from the business relationships or transactions initiated through our platform or network. This includes, but is not limited to, issues stemming from production delays, insufficient quantities, or defects originating at the manufacturing level. We are not responsible for fluctuations in currency values that may alter payment expectations or financial settlements, nor do we guarantee the consistency or quality of goods as compared to agreed specifications, which remain under the purview of the producing supplier.

We cannot be held accountable for any political, legal, or regulatory developments in either the exporting or importing countries that may alter, hinder, or nullify agreed trade terms. Similarly, we bear no liability for logistics-related disruptions, such as mishandling during transport, accidents in transit, port delays, or customs clearance complications, regardless of the method or route of shipment. The unpredictable nature of international logistics and the risks inherent in cross-border trade, including environmental conditions and natural disasters, are outside our control.

Communication challenges, administrative oversights, documentation discrepancies, and misinterpretations between parties are also common risks in global trade. Global Link Ventures cannot be held responsible for such gaps or errors. Furthermore, we disclaim responsibility for issues caused by labor strikes, government-imposed restrictions, sudden policy changes, or infrastructural bottlenecks such as port congestion.

We strongly encourage all clients to carry out independent due diligence, thoroughly vet suppliers and terms, and ensure they fully understand the implications of engaging in international commerce. Obtaining suitable insurance coverage is also recommended to mitigate unforeseen financial exposures.

We do not extend our responsibility beyond this scope and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the broader execution, performance, or failure of trade transactions established through our services.
